Quotes, Proofs, and Production

Final pricing depends on size, materials, quantity, finishing, artwork, and installation, and is set in the written quote we provide. Submitting a request through this website does not create an order. An order begins only after you approve a written quote and any required deposit is received, and after you approve a proof where one is provided. Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final and items cannot be returned or refunded once production begins, except where a product is defective or differs materially from the approved proof. You are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully — we produce what you approve, including any spelling, layout, color, or sizing in the approved file.

Customer-Supplied Artwork and Intellectual Property

If you supply artwork, logos, photos, fonts, or other files for printing, you represent that you own them or have the right to use and reproduce them, and you authorize us to print and produce them for your project. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim that your supplied content infringes a copyright, trademark, or other right. We are not responsible for the quality of low-resolution or improperly prepared files you supply and approve.

Design Services and Ownership

When we create original design work for you, final production-ready files and usage rights transfer to you once your project is paid in full, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. We may retain working files, mockups, and color profiles for our records. Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may display finished work we produced or designed in our portfolio, catalog, and social media to illustrate our capabilities.

Color, Materials, and Outdoor Use

Printed colors are produced to commercial-print tolerances and may vary slightly from what you see on a screen or from a previous print run; screen colors are not a guaranteed match. Material durability, fade resistance, and adhesion depend on the product, the surface, and conditions of use. Any lifespan or warranty information we give is an estimate and does not cover damage from weather, improper surface preparation, abrasion, or removal.

Delivery, Pickup, and On-Site Installation

We serve the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex with local pickup, delivery, and on-site installation. Turnaround times, delivery dates, and install dates are estimates and are not guaranteed against delays caused by carriers, weather, equipment, or supply issues. For installations, you are responsible for ensuring the install location and surfaces are accessible, clean, and suitable; we are not liable for damage to surfaces that are unsuitable, previously damaged, or improperly prepared, or for graphics applied to vehicles or windows in a way that does not comply with applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The content of this website — including text, logos, photographs, graphics, and design — is owned by Nelbound or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Third-party names and logos appearing on this site belong to their respective owners.
