Nelbound (“we,” “us”) operates nelbound.com. We are a Dallas–Fort Worth print and design studio offering large-format print, signage, banners, vehicle wraps, trade-show graphics, window graphics, and brand design for small businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to respond to you and run the business, and we do not sell your personal information.
Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways:
Information you give us
- You request a quote or send your project details through our contact form.
- You send us artwork or design files for a project.
- If you email, call, or text us, we receive the contact details and message you send.
- If you sign up for marketing emails or announcements, we collect your name and email address.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics: like most websites, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — pages visited, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you found us. See our Cookie Policy for details.
- Log data: our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used for security and to keep the site running.
How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiries, quote requests, and project submissions;
- To prepare quotes and produce, deliver, and install the work you order;
- To send marketing emails you signed up for (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email);
- To understand how the website is used and improve it;
- To protect the security of the website and comply with legal obligations.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers. Companies that help us run this website and our business — such as our website host, form and email delivery providers, analytics providers, and the production partners and carriers who help us print and deliver your order — receive information only as needed to perform those services.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfers. If our business is sold or merged, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Cookies and Analytics
This website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies, primarily for analytics. You can read about what we use and how to opt out in our Cookie Policy.
Data Retention
We keep form submissions, project files, and correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for our business records, then delete or anonymize them. Order and invoice records are kept as required for tax and accounting purposes. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your Choices and Rights
- Email: every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
- Access and deletion: you may contact us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will honor reasonable requests unless we are required to keep the information by law.
- Texas residents: the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act provides certain rights to Texas consumers, including rights to access, correct, and delete personal data. We honor these requests regardless of whether the law’s thresholds technically apply to a business of our size.
- Other states: if you live in a state with a consumer privacy law (such as California), you may have similar rights, which you can exercise by contacting us.
Children’s Privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
This website is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to personal information to people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Third-Party Links
This website links to third-party sites and services (for example, social media and maps). Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
